PA or APRN to Work Independently at our off site location
Stonecreek Family Physicians is the largest Family Physicians location in Manhattan. We are looking for someone to work at our off site location for a large employer group in town.
```Job Overview```
We are seeking an experienced PA or APRN licensed in the state of Kansas to join our healthcare team. As a provider you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and assisting in the management of various medical conditions. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional healthcare services and have the necessary qualifications, we encourage you to apply. We would prefer 2-3 years of primary care or urgent care experience for this position.
Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday 10am - 3pm
```Responsibilities```
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
```Qualifications```
- PA or APRN licensed in the state of Kansas
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a family practice APRN or PA
- Experience administering injections and other medical procedures
- Strong knowledge of acute care practices and procedures
- In-depth understanding of human anatomy and physiology
- Proven ability in case management and coordination of patient care
- Excellent skills in monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions
- Working independently as a provider.
