Dr. Zuzelski's home town is Syracuse, Kansas. He went to Dodge City Community College where he was a member of  the golf  team. He finished his undergraduate  studies at the University of Kansas, then attended the University of Kansas School of Medicine, graduating in 2019. 

Dr. Zuzelski was the recipient of the Kansas Academy of Family Physicians Hostetter Award which honors fourth year medical students who have promoted the values of Family Medicine during their Medical School tenure.  Dr.  Zuzelski recently completed his Family Medicine Residency training in Sioux Falls SD., and is Board Certified in Family Practice. 

Dr. Zuzelski enjoys hunting upland and waterfowl birds, fishing, golfing, and other outdoor activities.

Growing up in a small town in western Kansas, Dr. Zuzelski understands the importance of well-rounded care and is looking forward to providing that care at Stonecreek Family Physicians.

Dr Zuzelski is currently accepting new patients and will be managing Dr. Kevin Wall's patients upon his retirement in late 2022
